Aero 45'

Rigid Inflatable Boat is the most nautical type of vessel  in terms of Navigation Capabilities and Safety. They are lightweight, agile,  high performance, hight capacity unsinkable boats.  

In addition, RIBs offer incomparable directness to the sea given their limited freeboard offering an unforgettable sea-experience during navigation and at anchorage.     

The hull of A-line 45' is designed by our Swedish partners, Petestep using their patented deflector technology combined with two deep transverse steps. Petestep team has developed a hull that is optimized for the specific powertrain thus increasing efficiency to the maximum point possible for various speeds. 

The hull design is optimized for a SOFT, DRY and FAST ride. 

The structural design has been made by our Italian partner Akes Design (Dott. Alessandro Chessa)  who has an extensive know-how and  experience in developing aluminum RIBs.  The structural design has been optimized for Extreme Resistance to Stress and Fatigue.  

The side-forming air tubes contribute in a superior ride for the following main reasons: 

•  Assure the correct angle of navigation by limiting any rolling  during navigation and at anchor. 

•  Absorb part of the vibrations caused by slamming while retaining buoyancy.

•  They keep spray away from deck - Dry Ride 

Unlike most common RIBs, A-Line 45' is a pure Luxury Mega RIB that can easily accommodate large group of family and friends to have a day out at sea, with the agility to approach the most remote places and enjoy some fine cocktails and sea food on its spacious dining area as well as  the water toys onboard such as Yamaha Superject, Seabob, Honda Z50 etc. 

The cherry picked materials relate to Super Yacht standards thus making it a perfect chase boat as well. 

The layout is designed to offer utmost comfort in five main axes: 

A) Large Bow  Sunbed suitable for use during both anchorage and navigation given the smart back side protection design

B1) Cockpit Area that allows full 360deg. visibility with captain positioned starboard side allowing for easy access to bow and stern. Guests can enjoy a steering feeling in the ample seating area next to the captain without interfering.

B2) Walk-Around Wet Bar which hosts a large fridge of 130L, Grill, Burners, sink and all necessary equipment to ensure F&B excellence. Its design is done in such a way where the cook does not interfere with the seating area but allowing him to service the guests in a teppanyaki bar-like manner. The bow facing part can also be used as a bench for guests to avoid the exposure to the elements. 

D) Main Seating Area is designed to accommodate 10 guests in its U-shaped couch and its large folding seat at the back of the Wet-bar. The floor is converted into two large interconnecting tables that offer a very comfortable dining area.  

E) Aft Sunbed provides a massive relaxation space

F) Cabin areas in the In/Outboard version can accommodate two adults and two youngsters or crew in separate spaces  while offering a spacious bathroom with separate shower. Large window panels offer ample light and airy sensation in all interior spaces. 

In the Outboard version a twin or double bed can be developed in the space of the engine room. 

The aluminum construction of the hull and deck is chosen not only for its superior properties ( Fire Resistance, Better strength/weight ratio and Durability compared to most shipbuilding materials)  but also considering the Recyclability of the material and the respect to the environment. 

In addition, all T-Top can be covered with semi-transparent solar panels that will limit the use of generator and assist in the maintenance of most electric requirements onboard. 

All materials chosen have been carefully selected to maintain a sustainable environment. 

Just like all  Super Yachts, A-Line 45's are designed and developed uniquely by hand. The lack of molds and plugs allows each owner to modify the deck layout  according to his needs and taste. Options like  walk-around deck, additional cockpit seats  or aft counter-facing dining area can be developed amongst other solutions.  

Hull, tube, upholstery, decking and interior finishings are tailor made  to satisfy  the most demanding owners.
